Located inland of Peljesac peninsula, spread over Gradina Hill, about 2 km from the beach. Vineyards and olive tree orchards abound. According to the archaeologists, it has been settled in Ilir times - found are graves and greek-ilir money. It is a home to 256. In 1465 became a duce's settlement, which attracted noblemen who built stylish though not big houses. Duce's headquarters building is still preserved with engravings of Sv. Vlaho in front. Sv. Vlaho church was built in 1767, and (posvecena) in 1878. Towards south there is a Sv Stjepan church (St. Steven), mentioned in the documents from 1222. Has been restored during graveyard building and restoration. Neigbouring villages are Drace, Osobjava, Popova Luka, and Sreser.
